Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work under the primary care operations team. You will partner with providers and the care team to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centered care aligned with Mercy standards.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state or a compact, and education from an accredited nursing program. Preferred experience in a primary care setting and ability to handle physical demands are noted.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting state board requirements.
• Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
• Physical requirements: Ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; ability to grip/reach/bend/kneel/twist/squat.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and clinical team to drive quality outcomes.
