Job summary

Mercy Primary Care in Bella Vista, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care, and work with patients and the clinical team to support high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, active RN license (state or compact), BLS, and willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed; duties

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed.
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required, including ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and C-EFM

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the primary care operations team.
• Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and other clinical care team members.
• Drive quality outcomes for an attributed patient panel.
• Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.
