Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care RN or LPN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely and patient-centered care in a systematic way. You will collaborate with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes aligned with Mercy's mission and service standards.

Responsibilities include partnering with clinicians to ensure equitable care and adhering to certification requirements, with an emphasis on teamwork and compassionate patient support across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN or LPN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.
• BLS and unit-specific certifications within required timeframe.
