Job summary

Mercy in Springdale, AR is seeking a Primary Care RN or LPN to join our primary care team. You will work with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care, supporting quality outcomes across the clinical care plan.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN or LPN license; BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire. This position involves physical demands and a commitment to Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN or LPN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through AHA or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with patients, providers and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
