Mercy Clinic Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers in Washington, MO. Location: 901 Patients First Drive, Suite 3800. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 0800–1630; no nights, weekends, or holidays after training.

Hybrid post-training with on-site presence, strong focus on patient-centered care, and collaboration across the clinical care team to improve outcomes for an attributed panel. RN/LPN qualifications required with relevant licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing; active LPN license; 2–3 years experience preferred.
• Education: AS/BSN or 4 years of commensurate RN experience; active RN license; 2–3 years preferred.

The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Location: 901 Patients First Drive, Suite 3800, Washington, MO 63090

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

• Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**

Highly Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
