Job summary

Mercy Downtown Rogers is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN or LPN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely, patient-centered care within a systematic team-based setting.

You will partner with patients and clinicians to drive quality outcomes, aligning with Mercy Service Standards and the mission and values of Mercy. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule at the downtown clinic.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• 6 months clinical healthcare experience preferred in primary care.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for shifts.
