Job summary

Mercy Downtown Rogers is seeking a Primary Care RN or LPN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based setting.

This role partners with patients and the clinical team to drive quality outcomes, meet licensure requirements, and uphold Mercy standards such as BLS and other certifications as needed. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • RN or LPN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
  • Physical requirements/demands: up to 50 pounds lifting, prolonged standing and walking, bending/kneeling/twisting/squatting

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a primary care setting
  • Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes
  • Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
