Job summary

Focus Health group is seeking a Practice Supervisor to partner with the Practice Manager in Carmel Valley. You will lead clinic operations, oversee inventory, and coach staff while protecting patient confidentiality.

You will also support billing activities, analyze workflows, and collaborate with physicians to improve patient services and practice growth. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of medical office management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic practice management (EPM) EMR required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce effective workplace procedures to support efficient clinic operations.
• Oversee daily operations, manage medication and equipment inventory, and ensure timely resupply.
• Manage patient interactions, address concerns and complaints, and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop business strategies and enhance patient services.
• Review timecards, develop performance policies, and provide coaching to staff.
• Provide hands-on support for medical billing operations, including claims submission and denial management.
• Monitor billing workflows to improve reimbursement accuracy and collections.
