Qualifications

• 2+ years as certified medical assistant in a clinic setting.
• 2+ years of clinical lead or staff management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to department staff and collaborate with Practice Manager.
• Recruit and retain talent and ensure training and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain clinical and business policies.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Monitor clinical compliance and safety training.
• Analyze weekly metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Coordinate daily clinic activities and supervise medical assistant staff.
