Job summary

Oak Street Health in Dayton, OH is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to Medicare beneficiaries. You will work within a neighborhood primary care center supported by large care teams to focus on quality care rather than volume of services.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced physicians may be considered for a Center Medical Director role. A full-time schedule is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in family or internal medicine.
• Active medical license in the US.
• DEA license and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient EMR data with Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)

Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License

Active DEA license

US work authorization
