Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible).
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee and direct primary care at the center.
• Prescribe and manage pharmaceutical treatments.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Records (EHR).
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and support the care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
