Job summary

One Medical in Washington, DC is seeking a clinically proficient physician to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will treat patients in-office or at testing centers, while also conducting tele-health visits as needed.

The role involves ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaboration with both in-office and virtual clinical teams. You may supervise NP/PA colleagues and may pursue broader licensure for virtual care.

Qualifications

• Residency in Internal or Family Medicine (accredited).
• 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State license to practice in Washington, DC before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other professional development activities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
