Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Spend 20-40 minutes per patient visit, allowing for in‑depth engagement and relationship‑building
• Maintain a daily census of 12-15 patients to support comprehensive care delivery
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, social workers, lab, pharmacy, and referral coordinators to provide integrated care
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and document care in accordance with best practices
