Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification.
• Possession of Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation tools and EMR.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality primary care for adults and families, including exams and immunizations.
• Manage long-term conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.
