Your Talent Team in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Physician – Family or Internal Medicine to join our established Northwest Indiana healthcare provider. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:10 call rotation and relocation assistance.

You will deliver high-quality primary care, perform exams and immunizations for adults (FM) or all ages (IM), work with EPIC EMR, and collaborate with specialists to coordinate patient journeys in a tech-forward HIMSS Stage VII environment.

Qualifikationen

• Board certified or board eligible with plan for certification.
• Possession of or eligibility for an Indiana medical license (CSR/DEA).
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

• Provide high-quality primary care, including exams and immunizations.
• Clinic patients per day: 15–30.
• 1:10 call rotation.
• Manage long-term conditions (HTN, diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Coordinate with specialists and order diagnostics.
