Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in Valparaiso, IN seeks a Physician in Family or Internal Medicine for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a 1:10 call rotation. Relocation assistance is available in a premier, tech-forward healthcare environment.

The physician will provide primary care for adults (FM) or all ages (IM), manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with specialists using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Board certification or clear plan to certify within a specified timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness checks, and immunizations.
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30.
• Handle call rotation: 1:10.
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.
