Job summary

Tri-S Recruiters is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time position in Valparaiso, IN. Flexible schedule with a 1:10 call rotation and relocation assistance available.

The role focuses on high-quality primary care with EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools in a premier healthcare setting. Board certification or eligibility is required, with Indiana license and CSR/DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within timeframe.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including exams, wellness visits, and immunizations for adults (IM) or all ages (FM).
• Participate in 1:10 call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses.
• Order/interpret labs, X-rays, and screening tests.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.
