Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Physician for Family or Internal Medicine to join a well-established healthcare team.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:10 call rotation and relocation assistance. You will provide comprehensive primary care, including exams, immunizations, and chronic disease management, in a tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness visits, and immunizations for adults (FM) or all ages (IM).
• Manage 15–30 clinic patients per day and participate in a 1:10 call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension and diabetes; treat non-emergent illnesses.
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings; coordinate with specialists.
