Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join our Winter Haven, Florida clinic onsite. You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors, maintain medical records, and manage moderate to complex conditions in a team-based environment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a sign-on bonus up to $60,000, PTO, CME time, and a supportive culture focused on whole-person care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric, family, or internal medicine.
• Florida medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

As a Primary Care Physician You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL and report to the associate medical director.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
