Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana Inc. subsidiary, seeks a primary care physician for its Lauderdale Lakes, FL clinic. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and reporting to the associate medical director.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. The role emphasizes whole-person care, with a focus on balance of patient time, documentation, and ongoing learning within Humana's care models.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions

Become a part of our caring community Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician. You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Lauderdale Lakes, FL and report to the associate medical director. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

• $255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
