Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics.

The role operates within a team-supported environment focusing on quality care, preventive medicine, and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, overseeing primary care services, prescribing treatments, and maintaining EMRs.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.
  • US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in Medicare-focused clinics.
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatments.
  • Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway.
  • Oversee primary care services and guide care teams with Practice Managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Role

Qualifications & Skills
  • MD or DO graduate with Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
  • US work authorization
  • Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older populations, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills
Additional Details

Full-time role, approximately 40 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, depending on experience and location.
