Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a value-based care setting serving Medicare patients. This on-site role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, at a single medical center with a large care team to support quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, hold an active license and DEA, and have US work authorization. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. Physicians practice at a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing providers to focus on quality of care rather than volume of services. The value-based care model is structured around health outcomes, preventive medicine, low hospital admissions, and patient experience.

Compensation

• $174,070-$374,920 base annual salary range
• Actual base salary offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate REQUIRED
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• U.S. work authorization REQUIRED

Preferred

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics
• Experience practicing medicine among geriatric populations
• Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
