Job description

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations within a neighborhood primary care network. The role involves

Qualifications include: Medical Degree (MD or DO), Board Certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, active unrestricted license, DEA license, and US work authorization. Preferred skills include geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, outpatient settings, and bilingual abilities.
