Job summary

Ascension in Oshkosh, WI seeks a hands-on operations leader for Primary Care. You will oversee daily site operations, guide staff through orientation and coaching, and drive performance evaluations to support high-quality patient care.

Collaborate in multidisciplinary forums to address challenges and successfully implement new services. This role is on-site at Ascension Koeller Street Clinic with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across assigned practice site(s), promoting clinical excellence.
• Inspire team growth by leading orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for all staff.
• Support team success with timely, constructive performance evaluations.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary forums to address operational challenges and implement new services.
