Job summary

One Medical in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. This full-time role focuses on managing a patient panel, performing in-office and tele-health visits, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

You’ll participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, pursue additional state licensure as needed, and contribute to delivering accessible, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in California obtained by start date.
• Minimum 2 years (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care) in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
• Collaborate closely with in-office and virtual care teams.
