One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and sometimes perform tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.

A California license and national certification are required, with 2+ years in outpatient primary care in the last 5 years; LARC insertion and colposcopy are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.

Responsabilités

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
