Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our primary care team. You’ll manage a diverse patient panel and deliver acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office or through telehealth.

You’ll collaborate with in‑person and virtual teams, pursue state licensure as needed, and participate in Clinical Rounds. This full‑time role offers a base salary of $164,700–$196,875, relocation assistance if eligible, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care mix.
• CA license obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel and deliver acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office or telehealth care as needed.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams daily.
• Engage in Clinical Rounds and continuous learning.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
