Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our full-time clinical team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.

Tele-health visits and collaboration with in-person and virtual teams are expected, with opportunities to obtain additional state licensure. The role offers competitive base pay ($164,700–$196,875) plus a robust benefits package, relocation

Qualifications

Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
State license in California by your start date.
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as tele-health visits.
Participation in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams.
Utilization of your clinical training and performing in-office procedures where appropriate.
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
