Job summary

One Medical, based in San Francisco, is seeking a qualified NP or PA to join our in-person and virtual primary care team. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct acute and chronic visits, and support telehealth care when appropriate.

California licensure by start date is required. We value collaboration, continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, and willingness to expand into additional states. Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or fellowship.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing learning during Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training with opportunities for in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
