Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our San Francisco Hayes Valley office for full-time, in-office and tele-health primary care. You will manage diverse patient panels, provide acute and chronic care, and collaborate with a mixed in-person and virtual care team.

The role requires CA licensure, an accredited NP/PA program, and national certification. Experience in outpatient primary care and LARC procedures is a plus; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care with 2 years experience or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as trained.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.
