Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a certified NP or PA to join our full-time clinical team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide in-office or tele-health care with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork with in-person and virtual teams, and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. California licensure by start date is required and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP/PA program with national certification
• State license in California by start date
• Past 5 years outpatient primary care experience: 2 years if no fellowship/urgent care gap, or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct tele-health visits
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures
