Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and testing-center visits, and occasionally provide telehealth care.

Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning will support your development. Requirements include CA licensure, NP/PA certification, and 2+ years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year with a fellowship/1 year urgent care).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California state license required by start date.
• Within 5 years, 2 years outpatient primary care, or 1 year with fellowship/1 year urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office or testing center visits and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
