Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time clinician (FNP/PA) to deliver high-quality primary care. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly clinical rounds with the team.

The role requires California licensure, national certification, and 2+ years outpatient primary care experience with patients of all ages. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, OR 1 year plus a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care seeing all ages.
• State licensed in California by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with broad patient needs including acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or at testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
