In our patient-centered environment, the Medical Assistant supports patients in the clinic by rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and taking vital signs, while coordinating care beyond visits.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or minimum two years’ experience in primary care.
• Experience with team-based care models preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic pharmacology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital signs, history, and complaints.
• Assist providers during visits and health assessments.
• Support virtual encounters from the clinic setting and coordinate care outreach.
