Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Primary Care Practice Manager to lead one of our largest clinics, overseeing operations, provider relationships and business performance in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role is based in Waycross, GA, reporting to regional leadership and collaborating with central teams to drive value-based care and operational excellence.

• Athenahealth EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-clinic operational initiatives with clinics, central teams and regional leadership.
• Own clinic P&L and KPIs including visits, staffing, and supplies.
• Build effective teams with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit non-provider clinical roles and manage performance.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and appropriate staffing.
• Monitor scheduling cadence for high-risk patients.
• Develop outreach with PCPs to generate referrals.
• Maintain a positive clinic culture and timely decision-making.
• Provide regular data reporting to operational leadership.
