Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Clinic Manager for the North Primary Care network, based in St. Charles. You will lead clinic operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure high-quality patient care across fee-for-service and value-based models.

The role requires a BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field, plus 5+ years in a medical clinic setting and 3+ years in management. Competitive base pay with incentives is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational and clinic performance for fee-for-service and value-based care.
• Leads, coordinates, and inspires the team to achieve results under challenging circumstances.
• Monitors KPIs and performance dashboards to drive improvements.
• Ensures front desk, referral scheduling, and Medical Assistant teams operate efficiently and with customer focus.
• Conducts performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as required.
• Collaborates with Leadership Team on strategic business planning.
• Schedules meetings with patients and writes letters to/from patients as needed.
• Reviews reports to ensure target metrics are achieved and processes followed.
• Ensures co-pays are collected and cash is reconciled and deposited.
