Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a full-time Practice Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Center location within the Triangle region. The role focuses on daily site operations, coordination with the Regional Practice Administrator, and delivering high-quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and fiscal oversight, while supporting site leadership initiatives and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Associate’s degree in Business Management or Healthcare; BA/BS preferred.
• 1–2 years office management and supervisory experience in a professional setting; healthcare admin experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems and current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of assigned practice per regulations and guidelines.
• Manage providers schedules and templates to support clinic workflow.
• Recruit, train, supervise staff; lead staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely patient check-in, registration, referrals, and patient experience.
