Job summary

Prism Health North Texas is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient flow, and regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, vaccines, and medications while coordinating with HR, Finance, IT and other departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in an FQHC Look-Alike setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program or RN/nursing degree.
• CMA/RMA certification or active nursing license preferred.
• Three or more years of management experience in a medical clinic preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with EHR and scheduling systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and supervise assigned staff.
• Oversee scheduling and daily patient flow to ensure access to care.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC Look-Alike standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other departments to support operations.
• Oversee inventory, vaccine, and medication management.
