Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Practice Manager for our Raleigh and Holly Springs clinics. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage staff while collaborating with organizational leadership to align with regulatory requirements.

You will lead site operations, manage finances, and coordinate with EMR systems, with emphasis on patient experience and team leadership. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; health center environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Associate’s degree in Business Management or Healthcare; BA/BS preferred.
• 1-2 years office management and supervisory experience; healthcare admin experience.
• Clinical background in healthcare.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and ensuring efficient daily operations of the practice.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff; organizing duties.
• Enhancing patient experiences and outcomes; managing patient records.
• Leading quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Overseeing inventory and daily copay collections; managing deposits.
• Managing center management systems like EMR and ensuring system usage consistency.
