Job summary

Amplify Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Practice Manager to oversee daily site operations at our Amplify – CarePlex - Southeast Raleigh location. You will ensure high-quality care, efficient service, and cost-effective operations, collaborating with the Regional Practice Administrator and management team.

The role emphasizes people leadership, fiscal oversight, and systems management, with a focus on patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in NC.
• Associate degree in business management or healthcare; BA/BS preferred.
• 1–2 years in office management in a professional setting.
• Clinical background helpful and healthcare admin experience.
• Two+ years in healthcare administrative role.
• EHR/EMR proficiency.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice per regulations.
• Maintain provider schedules and templates.
• Support emergency preparedness activities at the site.
• Coordinate with physicians and mid-level providers for clinic operations.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; lead staff meetings.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address issues.
• Supervise, coach, and develop personnel; ensure legal compliance.
• Manage patient flow, records, referrals and patient care experience.
• Lead quality improvement, risk management and community engagement.
• Oversee inventory, copays, deposits, and billing processes.
• Manage EMR systems and site-level system improvements.
