Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering brief, evidence-based interventions (20–30 minutes) in primary care settings.
• Familiarity with the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model and integrating behavioral health into primary care.
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations across the life span.

Responsibilities
