Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst in Pricing and Yield Management to own supplier advertising pricing, monetization and yield analytics. You’ll work with executives across Product, Operations, and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions in a hybrid US-based role.

Responsibilities include building pricing infrastructure, predictive churn models, and AI-assisted analytics while delivering actionable insights that directly impact revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Strong background in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics in marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, pricing infrastructure, and ad monetization dashboards.
• Quantify revenue impact of discount and rebate programs.
• Develop category-level data models and identify under-monetized keyword inventory.
• Create churn propensity models and cohort analyses to guide sales and product teams.
• Design and run A/B tests across pricing and engagement interventions.
• Communicate insights clearly to General Managers and non-technical stakeholders.
