Job summary

United Electric Supply is seeking a Pricing and Utility Rebate Coordinator to join the Pricing Team in New Castle, DE. You will support accurate approval, submission, and reconciliation of regional utility rebates for lighting products, and help ensure customer eligibility and program parameters are up to date.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer services or program administration.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong skillset with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support rebates program accuracy for regional utilities and maintain eligibility.
• Enter data and update rebate data in internal systems.
• Prepare and upload rebate submissions using templates.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate rebate amounts on quotes and orders.
• Track rebate usage and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Assist in launching new utility programs and trainings.
