Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative to serve as a primary contact for retail partners and contractors, supporting an energy-efficient rebate program. This role requires independent field work in the Allentown region, with occasional travel to Bridgeville.

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or Associate Degree and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $17.75 to $25.05 per hour, along with a variety of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of retail, merchandising, or field support experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent CLEAResult at retail locations and contractor offices.
• Conduct in-store merchandising checks and verify rebate program materials.
• Host events and educate store associates and customers on energy-efficient products.
