Job summary

QXO, a leading US roofing and building products distributor, seeks a Project Manager, Pricing to drive enterprise pricing transformations and system implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams across Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, and Data to translate strategy into executable plans, improving consistency, speed, and margin performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pricing, project management, or business transformation, with experience in ERP/CRM platforms and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Finance/Engineering/SIS).
• 7+ years of project management, pricing, or transformation experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience implementing pricing/ERP/CRM platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pricing processes and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise pricing initiatives including new system implementations and process redesign.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dashboards for pricing transformation.
• Translate pricing strategy into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Sales, Ops, IT, and Data for system config, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate decisions to stay on schedule.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and governance standards for repeatability and scale.
• Facilitate meetings and executive updates; communicate progress and required actions.
