Job summary

QXO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and building products projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will mentor Project Managers, manage budgets and contracts, assess risks, and collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to drive project execution and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in managing multiple large commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, scheduling software, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from contract award through project closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance to ensure schedule, quality, profitability, and customer expectations are met.
