Job summary

QXO is seeking a Project Manager, Pricing to lead enterprise pricing initiatives, implement new pricing systems, and standardize processes. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, partner with Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, and Data teams, and drive adoption and governance across the organization.

The role requires strong PM skills, pricing knowledge, and experience delivering complex system implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in project management, pricing, commercial operations, or related areas.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a corporate setting.
Experience implementing pricing, quoting, ERP, CRM, or revenue management platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as central project management lead for enterprise pricing initiatives and new systems.
Develop and manage detailed plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and dashboards.
Translate pricing strategy into executable workstreams and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate across pricing, sales, ops, IT, and digital teams for configuration and deployment.
Track actions, risks, issues, and decisions to keep initiatives on schedule.
Lead change management, training, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
Develop reporting dashboards to monitor progress, adoption, and pricing impact.
Ensure data quality, system integration, and reporting consistency across teams.
