Qualifications

• 12+ years in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with at least one enterprise pricing platform implementation (Pricefx, Vendavo, PROS, Zilliant, or comparable).
• Experience standing up or evolving a deal desk, quote governance, or equivalent capability.
• Leadership of quantitative teams—data science, pricing science, or advanced analytics.
• Experience in B2B distribution, building products, or multi-site field-led environments.
• Track record integrating enterprise capability across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year enterprise pricing technology roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Lead enterprise pricing platform implementation end-to-end, including data foundation and governance.
• Build and manage vertical integration plans for Building Products, Heritage, GMS, and Mingledorff's.
• Stand up the enterprise Deal Desk with governance, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Develop Pricing Science & Analytics capabilities and recruit/retains quantitative talent.
• Oversee Value Capture and performance measurement, linking investments to P&L impact.
• Lead change management and field adoption across branches and verticals.
