Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States is seeking a senior Manager of Material Master Pricing Governance who will lead a team of Administrators responsible for material master, pricing, and modeling activities.

You will establish governance frameworks, ensure data quality, and partner with global and regional teams to align enterprise standards with business needs, including transformation initiatives like SAP S/4HANA deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting material master, pricing administration, master data governance, or commercial operations processes.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Material Master and Pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators responsible for material master, pricing, and modeling activities.
• Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and operational objectives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus.
• Manage workforce planning, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and succession planning.
• Build organizational capabilities supporting SAP S/4HANA, P58, master data governance, automation, and digital transformation.
