Würth USA is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Ramsey, NJ. This onsite role supports pricing analysis, sales reporting, data insights, and process improvement to drive growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with Sales Management, Executive Leadership, Key Account Managers, Payroll and IT to analyze data, maintain pricing accuracy, and develop dashboards in Tableau. A Bachelor's degree and advanced Excel skills are required; Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of Tableau and dashboard/report development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing analytics to support profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership and sales management to identify opportunities and provide pricing support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analysis and recommendations that support goals and efficiency.
• Evaluate pricing holds and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve pricing discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Support development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Assist Payroll with monthly reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
